TNA (Training need analysis) is a tool which can be used to recommend courses to learners on the basis of their experience and knowledge on a subject.

The tool helps the learner to identify courses within the catalogue that best suits their interest and/or experience or any other specific criteria. By answering a series of questions learners will be able to assess their skills for the topic. The learner will receive a personalised report on their results, including course recommendations.

The recommended courses can be linked to in house or external learning management system. The learner will be able to register for a course in the learning management system or will be able to view catalogue of courses to learn more about the courses.
